Workshop to World

We are not just a factory. We are a collective of 200+ artisans dedicated to preserving the soul of Indonesian craftsmanship while meeting global standards.

Our Journey

26 Years of Craft

1998

Founded in Jepara

A small workshop with 12 artisans and a vision to bring Indonesian craftsmanship to the global market.

2005

First Export Contract

Secured our first international supply agreement with a hotel group in the Netherlands, shipping 400 teak pieces.

ISO 9001 Certified

Achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification, formalising the production standards that underpin every order.

2018

200 Artisans Strong

Expanded our workforce to over 200 craftspeople across Jepara and Cirebon, with a new 5,000 m² production facility.

2022

FSC Certification

Added FSC chain-of-custody certification to meet growing demand from EU and US buyers for verified sustainable sourcing.

2024

25 Countries Served

Now supplying premium hotels, restaurants, and residences across 25 countries with a growing custom design studio.

Verified Standards

Legal & Sustainable

We take timber legality seriously. All our wood is SVLK certified, ensuring it is sourced from responsibly managed forests. We also offer FSC-certified options for export requirements to the EU and USA.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification covers every stage of production — from design and sourcing through to final QC and export documentation — so you can rely on consistent quality across every order.

How We Work

The Production Process

01

Design

Our design team translates your brief into technical drawings. Custom pieces get a 3D render for approval before any wood is cut.

02

Sourcing

Materials are sourced from our vetted supplier network. Each batch is graded on arrival — only Grade-A passes to production.

03

Kiln Drying

Teak is kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content, eliminating warping, cracking, and insect risk after delivery.

04

Crafting

Hand-cut joinery, mortise-and-tenon frames, and hand-woven rattan panels — no shortcuts, no particle board filler.

05

Finishing

Sanding, staining, and multiple oil or lacquer coats applied by hand. Cushions are cut and upholstered in-house.

06

QC & Export

Every piece passes a 12-point inspection before packing. Export documentation — SVLK, phyto, fumigation — prepared and verified.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Uncompromising Craft

We refuse to compromise on joinery technique, material grade, or finish quality. No particle board. No shortcuts. Every piece is built to outlast the space it furnishes.

Planetary Responsibility

Every material we use is either certified sustainable, naturally renewable, or reclaimed. We measure and reduce our carbon footprint across sourcing, production, and logistics.

People First

Our artisans are paid above-market wages with healthcare, housing allowances, and skills development. Sustainable business must start with the people who make it possible.
